VFD/Controls Warranty Form

Please use the following form to submit a VFD/Controls Warranty claim. A TECO-Westinghouse warranty representative will respond to your claim shortly.

*Prior to removing VFD/Equipment from service and submitting a warranty claim please ensure the following checks have been performed and the tech support line has been contacted.

Measure and record input line voltage at the VFD input terminals
Take photo’s of the line and load power connections as well as any control wire connections
Confirm that external control system is sending appropriate signals to the VFD (start/stop digital signals, analog input signals, etc)
If VFD is in operable condition (and if safe to do so) with run command active record the following: Output voltage between all three phases, speed reference in Hz, output speed in Hz, output amperage on all three phases.
