Inside Sales Representative (F/T)

You are a highly organized individual with superior customer service skills. You take initiative in assisting our account managers to provide outstanding customer service through on-time inquiry completions, processing orders and expediting of information.

The role of Inside Sales support requires a high performance individual who excels at customer service. A high degree of self-motivation and commitment to excellence with help ensure success. Your time management skills are outstanding, you thrive in a busy environment and build productive and professional relationships.

As a central point of contact for the client as we as our Account Managers, you will be required to build and maintain excellent working relationships and work towards becoming a trusted advisor for our clients.

Primary Duties:

  • Work in conjunction with our account managers to effectively service our customers through on-time inquiry completions, processing orders and expediting of information pertaining to Electric Motors and Controls products.
  • You will establish and maintain productive, professional relationships.
  • Coordinate and process orders via SAP and process customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner whilst providing outstanding customer service.
  • Coordinate and process quotations using our MS Dynamics CRM program.
  • Ability to multi-task including, order entry, on-time quotations, responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email with follow-up and scheduling.
  • Stay abreast of current products and procedures as required.
  • Other work, as assigned.

What skills are required?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer Literacy; Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word); will train on internal applications such as MS Dynamics CRM and SAP.
  • Team work and customer service oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Good Communicator
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Proficient at multi-tasking
  • Prior experience with Electric Motors and/or Controls is desirable, but not required.

You will report to the Inside Sales Supervisor at our Edmonton, AB Head Office.

This position is available immediately. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player possessing a strong desire to succeed. Experience with Electric Motors and/or Industrial Sales is an advantage. A post secondary education in a related field and/or minimum 2 Years of experience in an Inside Sales environment is preferable.

Must be legally able to work in Canada, without sponsorship.
