Administrative Assistant/Clerk (F/T)
As an integral member of our Operations Department, your high attention to detail is coupled with your ability to effectively multi-task. You will coordinate Administration & Accounting activities and provide support for all our departments. Duties will include, but not limited to, invoicing, approving accounts payable, coordination of events, processing of purchase orders, distributing and maintaining company procedures and forms, MS CRM Maintenance & Support, assistance with IT issues, and maintenance of databases. An expert communicator that thrives in a fast paced environment, you will have 2 years' administration expereince and superior problem-solving skills. Computer proficient in MS Office Suite is complemented by your ability to work effectively as a team member and take initiative. Bilingual in French/English is an asset.
